Fever, clogged sinus, taking paracetamol and ibuprofen, should take antibiotic

i have 102F temperature and clogged sinuses. temperature rose today but the congestion started yesterday. should i start a course of antibiotics? or is paracetamol or ibuprofen enough? Will a combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol help?
