Fever, Bumps On Belly And Legs, Dry Skin, Takes Bubble Baths. Allergy?

my 5-year old daughter has been running a fever since Saturday night on andoff. I gave her children's motrin and she has seemed to gotten better but her fever returns late afternoon. Today, I noticed flesh colored bumps on her belly and legs - they don't itch or hurt her and the skin just seems dry - could it be an allergeric reaction to anything. She also takes bubble baths.

1 Viral infection as chicken pox , as skin is dry and red colored bumps with no itching are the characteristic features of chicken pox fever . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a child specialist .

Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a child specialist.
In measles usually a peculiar smells emits from body of patient.
3 Allergy may be the reason but in allergy usually there develops rhinitis , lacrimation running nose.
In my opinion consult a child specialist and get his opinion . Till cold sponging is the best treatment . Good luck for little .
