Fetal Abnormalities. Used MTP. Was On Yasmin, Taking Clomiphene. Go For Follicle Study?

I was on yasmin for 1 month i.e. March 2011 and stopped by April 8, 2011. I conceived in AUgust 2011 and baby had fetal abnormalities and I had to do MTP. Now after 1 year we are trying, but I have not conceived. I consulted HAL doctors they prescribed CLomifene for 5 days from the 2nd day of my period and advised for follicle study, and on 16th day they injected Hucog 5000
Even after that I got my periods one day earlier with severe lower abdomen pain. Please advise

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Clomiphene citrate is used for ovulation induction in women who need it. It does not guarantee ovulation & pregnancy in all women. In addition fertility treatment takes time & a lot of patience. No method is 100% successful. You have to wait & see for a certain time.
Best is to follow your doctor & hope for the best.
Regards.
