Felt That Heart Stopped During Sleep, Coughed. Normal BP And Pulse Rate. Heart Problem?

Last night I felt my heart stopped for a while during sleep, immedialtey I woke up in panic and coughed and drank a glass of water, afterwords I checked the BP and pulse rate with the help of a male nurse and seems to be within the limit, ... I never felt any pain....but still my doubt persist whether I have a hear problem.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It may be missed betas?
THE FIRST STEP IS TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST / A thorough history and physical examination is the first step - / EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
