Felt heart squeezing and increase in heart rate, after eating coconut maracons . Is it due to sugar?

I feel like my heart is being squeezed! I am 13 and this just started happening right after i ate some coconut maracons! I ate a couple and then it started hurting alot like my heart being squeezed and i noticed my heart rate increased. Later on i felt like eating another so i grabbed another and it hurt more than before. Do you think its from the sugar?

There is nothing in coconut macaroons that would cause these symptoms. Sugar does not cause an increase in heart rate. If these symptoms are getting more frequent then you may consider visiting your doctor who may wish to do a few simple investigations.
At your age, there is unlikely to be anything serious to worry about.
