Felt dizzy, cold, had blurred vision, went pale. What happened?

On tuesday of this week i was sitting in class and my whole body went cold SUPER COLD! It wasn t a good feeling and so i stood up thinking maybe it would go away and then my head felt like a big weight and i felt dizzy and throughout all this my vision was blurry to a point to where i could nt see. So my friend told me to sit back down and i did but then i stood up to tell the teacher and as soon as i took a step i collapsed and passed out. I don t remember getting to point a to point b but i didn t hit my head because someone caught my head and neck from touching the ground. the kept my uppertorso up and tried to talk to me but again i dont remember that much i was told that i was so pale to a point of almost turning pale and my skin was ice cold and someone put there jacket on me to help that.

hi there, what you have described fits into the diagnosis of a vasovagal syncopal episode. There can be multiple causes for it but the most common are
Prolonged standing or upright sitting
Standing up very quickly (Orthostatic hypotension)
Stress due to trauma
Any painful or unpleasant stimuli,
High pressure on or around the chest area after heavy exercise
Myocardial infarction,
Severe menstrual cramps
Sudden onset of extreme emotions
Lack of Sleep
Being exposed to high temperatures
Pressing upon certain places on the throat, sinuses, and eyes (also known as vagal reflex) Use of certain drugs that affect blood pressure, such as cocaine, alcohol, marijuana, inhalants and opiate
The sight of blood or blood drawing
Violent coughing
Low Blood Sugar,etc
In an event of a vasovagal syncope one should not try to get up and the first aid given is to make the person in a lie down wlth the lower limb elevated above the level of the head.Sprinkle some cold water and massage the palm and feet. Any tight clothing should be loosened and he/she should be made to lie down in a well ventilated place or room. Take care.
