Felt Dizzy And Nausea After Head Being Hit. Pain In The Neck And Face, Headaches. Need Immediate Medical Attention?
I was putting something in my car this morning and brought my head back, hitting the top, back of it really hard on the car door frame. I instantly felt dizzy and thought I was going to throw up. I sat down and sounds felt muted around me. But I felt a little better after resting about ten minutes. This evening, I am starting to feel a lot of pain the back of my neck and neck muscles and in my face, particularly around my nasal cavity. Should I seek medical attention? Oddly enough, I just had a CT of my head on Friday because I have been having frequent headaches on the left side of my head.

Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of mild head injury and concussion. So, I feel they would settle down with symptomatic treatment such as analgesics (diclofenac) and betahistine (for dizziness).
However, if you develop severe headache, vomiting, drowsiness or fits, you may go to the ER. As of now, you can wait and watch.
