Felling weak after masturbation, no other health issue. Is it normal?

hi i am 40 yrs of age and i feel weak the next day after masturbating? however not so much after sex? It feels like i did a very rigorous workout and i feel it the next day normally. not sure why. please advise. i have had my regular checkups and they are fine, no issues no health problems. i exercise 2-3 times a week.

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry too much. Masturbation is not going to take a toll on your health unless it is too frequent. The energy utilized for 5 minutes masturbation is almost equal to 10 push ups of 30 meter dash. This can be recovered just by taking rest for half an hour.

But anxiety about masturbation and its ill effects (actually there are none) may take its toll. The tiredness you are experiencing is due to the anxiety associated with it. You could be worried that masturbation at this age is not so good, etc.
