Fell On Knee. Knee Got Fractured. Blood Slotted Downward. Casting Was Removed. Now Feel Weak. Pain In Stomach. How To Overcome This?

my name is Kranti, age. 44 yrs,
in an accident on 28.2.2013, i fell down on right knee inside the local train compartment, my right knee got fractured, blood slotted from knee to downward, casting was removed after 45 days, i feel weak while walking at my right leg, sometimes paining at right side stomach, The Major problem found in last 2 weeks i came to know that there is a node/tumor found inside scortum at right side, it is paining strongly even by touching the inner clothes. i have applied hot water treatment. it has given me relief for 2-3 days. but having no problem while intercourse with wife. what should i do ?

Your fracture treatment and the problem you developed in your scrotum are not interrelated.
There is no role for self care treatment or home remedies in case of a swelling of the scrotum .
I suggest you to consult a General surgeon (without much delay) for a detailed examination and further management.
