I fell of my skateboard at like 15 miles an hour rolling into a ravine, but didn t hit my head straight on the pavement more like rolled with the punches but still ended up with a hemotoma. I got up fine no dizziness , or drowsiness, or any struggle with balance... am i good..?? and i think the hemotoma is getting smaller.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you have suffered a minor head injury. The mild hematoma is likely to subside on its own. If there is no neurological deficit or headache or vomiting then you need not worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
