Fell, Got Abrasion On Knee, Fills Up With Clear/red Liquid, Used Polysporin. Is There Anything I Can Do?

i fell on an old wooden painted floor about 60 days ago and got an abrasion on my knee. It has healed twice now but fills up with a clear/red liquid. i have lanced it to start over again and used a topical ointment ( polysporin, bactine) . Is there some thing else Ican do

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having non-healing ulcer on the part.
Clean the wound properly with antiseptic lotion and dress it well with ploysporin or bacitrasin cream with bandage daily.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
