Feels Weak, Dizzy, Anxious, Breathing Difficulty, Nausea And Pain In Chest. History Of Anxiety Attacks. What's Wrong?

Just experienced weakness accompanied by a couple random pains in left of chest, slight dizziness , felt pressure/difficulty breathing in chest, very anxious, little bit nauseated... Felt slight relief after bowel movement . Have experienced numerous times before, history of anxiety attacks , not taking any meds at the moment although I am prescribed Zoloft for anxiety/depression. What could be wrong with me? I m a 26-year-old male and don t want to die of a heart attack/stroke so young...

Dear
Welcomem to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description. Your symptoms are the outcomes of anxiety. You say you are suffering from anxiety attacks and do not take any medication. Anxiety attacks are mental conditions are they are seldom cured by medicines alone. You are courageous to take such a decision but not enough determined to route the anxiety itself. You are just 26 and should show the courage to route the anxiety. It has no existence until you provide the base. Pull the base and it is gone.

Psychotherapeutial techniques, yoga, meditation, exercises, priority towards your career etc can do wonders if practiced properly. I suggest you to consult a psychologist. I can be of help through healthcaremagic if you desire so.

Hope this clears your doubt. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
