Feels Tired, Having Diarrhea, Low Fever. Solution?

I have been feeling out of the norm for about 3 weeks now. I m over tired, diarreah, and I just took my temp and it is about one and a half degree BELOW normal. Just wondering if the temperature is indicative of anything with the other symptoms?
