Feels Tired, Dizzy, Seeing Orange Spots, Stomach Hutrs, Headache, Had Hysterectomy, Bleeding. Cause?

I ve been very tired can barley hold my eyes open,dizzy , seening little orange spots every now and then, my stomach will hurt bad into my back and it fills like everything get hard in my stomach and hurts to breath and been having bad headaches I had a hysterectomy about a year ago and still bleed some I ve been taking Tylenol and motroin for pain what could this be?
