You have an upset stomach probably as a result of antibiotics and pain killer you took as a dental treatment...........dont worry take lots of fluids, probiotics and antacid, increase salad amount in your meals, avoid oily and spicy food. if constipated severely for long time can result in a situation like you are having....hemorrhoids will resolve just take care of your diet and fluid intake.
