Hi there.

Are you on any medication ?

Usually missed period for sometime accompanied by heaviness of breasts, increased frequency of urination and hunger can be associated with many conditions. Pregnancy needs to be ruled out if you have had un-protected sexual intercourse recently. Do get a Urine pregnancy test kit to find out for sure.

Other causes could be stress, lack of sleep, tension due to change in environment or increased work-load at school etc. Hence, do eat a healthy duet. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Do Yoga for stress relief.

Also Diabetes can cause most of the symptoms mentioned. Kindly do get your blood sugar tested as well.

If your periods do not return by 10th day after the date of your usual periods, you may need to consult your Gynecologist to rule out any hormonal disturbance.

Wishing good health.
