My symptons have been going on their fourth day. I have tried Boiron, papaya enzyme chewables, Tums, and magnesium . They seem to help for a little while then it comes back. It feels like there is a weight in my upper stomach. Occasionally, I have IBM but this doesn t feel like it. I beleive I am healthy at 125 lbs., 5 4 . I feel better when I lie down and stretch out. Dear torifailma,
The onset of your symptoms suggests that this is something recent
and is related to something you have ingested, food or drink related.
Loose stools if frequent does indicate diarrhea. Think and try to remember
and write down everything you ate or drank before 4 days. If you ate at
a restaurant or someone else's house, ask them if anyone came up with
similar problems. If it is like food poisoning usually it subsides within 3-4
days. Stay on a bland diet and you can have plain yogurt . Peptobismol
may give you relief also, but your stool will turn black !
Good luck
