Feeling Uncomfortable & Loss Of Breath Due Irregular Heart Beat

sometimes my heart feels as if it skips a beat then beats really hard. this is uncomfortable. also I m always out of breath. I m 14 and not out of shape but if I stand for too long I loose breath, if i sit for around twenty minuets then stand I have no breath when I stand and my heart starts racing. I m not sure if this is Normal. please help.

The symptoms you describe are not normal.Possible causes of such symptoms may include arrhythmia ,hyperthyroidism ,anemia .
I would suggest to consult a physician and get examined.
A detailed medical history and physical examination are necessary.Your doctor may order additional tests like:
-Complete blood count
-Thyroid function tests
-EKG and heart ultrasound.
