Welcome to HCM,
With your history it seems that you have headache which may be migraine or other type of headache, other problem is likely due to Acid Peptic disease and analgesic if you are taking may be contributing to upper abdominal pain and burning.
You should visit a Physician, check for any significant finding.
You can get a upper GI endoscopy depending up on result proper therapy may be planned.
If analgesics are required drugs like Paracetamol and anti emetics may be used.
If headache is frequent prophylactic therapy may be required.
Antacid and PPI ( Proton pump Inhibitors) will help for Acid peptic problem.
But you must take any prescription after consulting a Physician.
If you are weak and tired take care of diet and vitamin supplementation.

Take Care.
Good Luck.
