Feeling Tired, Taking Melatonin, Stopped Melatonin, Low T3 Score. Treatment?

Over the past 10 plus days I have been feeling tired,or easily exhausted.Even when I arise after a sound night of sleep.
About 2 months ago I was recommended by anM.D. to take 3mg of melatonin. I follow as his directions for a couple of weeks, but when I got up in the morning I felt as though it took me the rest of the morning to get awake. I then reduced the dosage to 1 mg. and still the sleepiness prosisted .I then stopped taking the melatonin.

The doctor prescribed a T3 blood test which revealed a low T3 score. He then prescribed Armour Thyroid 60 mg(1) GrainTablet

Dear Ma'm Regards! In my opinion low T3 alone is not sufficient to start a treatment. You must check your complete thyroid profile for accuracy. Besides, tired and exhausted feeling can be due to many other reasons. Please check your CBC, RBS, Vitamin D and B12, Serum calcium and Serum albumin as well. Regards!
