Feeling sleepy, tiredness, headache, thirsty, restless legs. What to do?

i feel always lazy sleepy, and tired. when i do walking my nerves pain in head and throut get dried and start pulling like i am very much thirsty. where ever i sit i feel to better lie down. whole day i feel sleeping but i dont go for sleep and when night i want to sleep i dont get sleep struggle for sleep due to which again my next day goes worst. at night time below nee my legs pain feel restless. what to do

After reading your post, it seems that you are having anxiety.

You should follow some precautions like :-
1. Avoid mental/emotional stress.
2. Do yoga and meditation.
3. Have a positive approach towards life.
4. Exercise daily in fresh air. Even a walk in the morning will be helpful.
5. Avoid watching television/computers just before going to bed.
6. Make your bedroom light dim and keep your bed clean before going to sleep.

If the problem persists, get yourself clinically examined by a Psychiatrist.
