After reading your post, it seems that you are having anxiety
You should follow some precautions like :-
1. Avoid mental/emotional stress
2. Do yoga and meditation
3. Have a positive approach towards life.
4. Exercise daily in fresh air. Even a walk in the morning will be helpful.
5. Avoid watching television/computers just before going to bed.
6. Make your bedroom light dim and keep your bed clean before going to sleep.
If the problem persists, get yourself clinically examined by a Psychiatrist
