Feeling sick during puberty, fever, cold

Is it normal to get sicker while going through puberty . My daughter has become more sick this year than any other time in her life and she is 13. (0ct 2 birthday) More fevers and cold like symptoms

I understand your concerns. There is no literature relating to more sickness during puberty. Most probable reason for the sickness would be more exposure to daily out door activity and untimely activity. Along with they have growing demand for nutrition. More consumption of junk food which have little nutritional value. Please find a cause with his daily life activity and she should be all right.
