Feeling rectal pressure. Loose skin in the rectum, dark green stool. Do I have hemorrhoids?

I believe i have hemorrhoids because since last week i have been experiencing rectal pressure as if i need to pass a stool even after passing one. I can feel swelling and what feels like loose skin just before the outside of my rectum. I also have dark green stools. My doctor didn't check my and prescribed anusol hc cream. Thanks for posting your query.
Feeling of incomplete evacuation does not mean hemorrhoids.
The loose skin you feel could be due to hemorrhoids or a skin tag of anal fissure.
One can tell for sure only after examination.
