Feeling Pressure In The Head And Neck, Reduced Vision, Eyes Getting Reddish. What Is Happening?

I am having more frequent spells and it is scarey....I feel extreme pressure in my head and neck , my vision turns to very small tunnel like vision...puples of my eyes get really small and the whites of my eyes turn bloody looking.....it terrifies me and it is happeneding more often.....I have had to be taken to the hospital.....but it is getting worse and i am afraid.....I shake really bad ...

The possibilities I can think of are migraine, high blood pessure, drug abuse,anxiety/stress etc. You haven't mentioned your age , so it is difficult to say which one of the above is more likely.

Is the pressure on the head more on the back or the sides? ( If on the back of the head, and neck, more in favour of tension headache/ hypertension)

What investigations were done while you were at the hospital?What was the probable What was the probable diagnosis?

Any history of aura, sensitivity to light or noise? Any family history of migraine. (if yes,more in favour of migraine)

Kindly get back to me with the above details.
