Hello dear,

According to the history as mentioned in your post, the pain can be attributed to the injury on the chest.
Pain in the lower pelvic region is due to the fall.
And the woozy sensation is caused either due to fluctuation of blood pressure or blood glucose levels.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained by taking analgesics, muscle relaxants, ice compression & adequate rest.

However, if the symptoms still persist, then it will be better to consult an Orthopedician and get a proper physical examination done.
Investigation like X ray of the chest & Ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis will be helpful.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
