Feeling of fluid trapped in roof of mouth, ear pain, stabbing pain in windpipe, throat feels expanded. Help?

i am looking for the best surgeon who can take on a difficult case...i have a feeling of fluid trapped up in roof of mouth/drowning feeling/ sore throat .. lymph nodes up on left side pain in ear...fatuige/nausea/ stabbing pain in windpipe/right nostril blocked/throat dry..fliud also gathering round epiglotis and left lung feels empty/dry cough...feels like air bubble in around past op...my throat feels like expanding...affects swimming...my windpipe will burn at times and NOT coming from stomach..had test...

you probaly suffer with rhino-pharyngo-laryngitis an infective condition. get your total lecocyte and differential count done, which will indicate severity of infection. You require treatment as antibiotic, anti inflammatory, saline gargles. take plenty of hot fluids.
