Dear friend, welcome to HCM!
If you say you have left arm tingling/ burning sensation and a wierd feeling of a slowing / irregular heart beat, it could be an arrhythmia (abnormal heart rhythm).
At young age, coronary problem is less common.
Is the left arm colder or weaker too?

I think it is worthwhile getting evaluated for an arrhythmia or heart problem, as some may turn dangerous.
Physical exam and an EKG is usually done initially.
If the heart is normal, a neurology opinion is needed.

Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you!
