Feeling Nauseous And Getting Cramps In Stomach. Noticed Change In Urine Color. Any Relief?
i have stomach cramps for like 6 days now, they go and come, somtimes dull and sometimes I have to curl to bear the pain. My poo has also changed in comes out in small clumps. My pee is a bright yellow colour. I feel nauseas alot. Could I have cancer or something. I m only fourteen!? Please help. I get panic attacks alot.
