Feeling Nauseatic After A Fall From Stairs. Could It Be A Head Injury?
ok I fell down a flight of stairs fri a week ago. I did not hit my head but landed on my glutes and hip. The pain was so excruciating it made me nauseated. the nausea has come back full force. it was a big fall. could I have a lingering head injury from the fall?

I think that you should do head MRI and to consult with neurologist first of all to exclude any cranial damage .
Of course you should do pelvis X- ray to exclude any fracture and abdominal ultrasound to exclude any organ rupture .
