Feeling Nauseas. Dizzy And Blurred Vision. Reason For Loss Of Energy?
hi i have been feeling quite ill to the point where i find it hard to walk stay and stay awake i constantly feel nauseous and have severe dizzy spells blurred vision and headache i find it hard to gain energy to do the simplest things without feeling like I m about to pass out! i also get really cold then hot and find it hard to control my neck in order to keep my head straight as i have control when my head goes back

You may have meningitis with raised intra cranial pressure or general malaise because of systemic infection.
You should consult with physician/ neurologist and should get thorough check up of whole body.
By clinical examination, involvement of meninges may be detected.
You should also undergo following blood investigations: complete blood count, urine examination, widal test, chest x ray. Blood culture & sensitivity and spinal puncture if needed.
You should also get your blood pressure checked.
