Do you drink alcohol. Do you smoke. Any history of heart disease. The various possibilities of such a picture could be disease of spinal cord which can be causing nerve compression and pain and tingling. Also you need to get ruled out for presence of kidney stone as well as you have stabbing back pain. Avoid long working hours. Take frequent breaks at work. Eat healthy. Get an X-ray spine, X-ray KUB, urine test if necessary to help in diagnosis. You will need t consult your Doctor for complete checkup to rule out heart disease as well so do not delay in getting checkup by your Doctor immediately.
