Feeling highly stressed and under pressure, depression, shivering, worthlessness, wanting to stay alone. How can this type of stress be treated?

Im 14 , female , and i feel like just giving up , i have so many things to study for and am under a lot of pressure to get good grades because i want to have a good life although my parents thing im stupid and remind me of thier opinions quite often. I cant really talk to my parents because they think im just selfish and dont even know real resposability. I cry quite alot on my own and im always shaking even when im not cold , i feel worthless and i absolutly hate school, people just dont want to talk to me and i dont know how to talk to people. Quite often i think why am i even bothering, but i suppose i am just hoping that one day i will get out of school do what i want with my life and meet decent people ( if there are any ). Basically i just want any ideas of what i can do to make life abit more bearable until i get out of school and leave home because i know it sounds really drastic but i cant live like this anymore. Thanks for taking the tme to read this.

Hello dear Rocosa,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Please do not worry , you are going through a phase in life which most of the teenagers in this world commonly undergo. You might feel overwhelmed with your studies, Emotions, social interactions and responsibilities etc but remember this will soon change , so do not give up!
It's very unfortunate that you cannot share your feelings with your parents or family or friends.
All you need the most at present is a sensible adult whom you can confide in and discuss matters which are bothering you . Most of the problems do appear never ending but have surprisingly simple solutions if you look at them with a clear and positive perspective .
But I totally agree with you that it might seem to overwhelming and impossible a task for you at present.
Hence I would advise you to discuss in detail about your problems to any trustworthy adult be it your family or friends or if necessary seek professional child psycholologists who are great at helping you out with your problems .Please do not blame yourself or your family for the present condition as it will just make matters worse . Just waiting for school to finish wont dolce your problems as this is a problem of beliefs and attitudes and not a consequence of any present circumstances.
Even if your circumstances change your problem might persist unless you change your thinking and feeling patterns. Trust me you have a beautiful life ahead so just vent out your feelings and let bygones be bygones . Start life afresh in the same circumstances but with a changed attitude a positive and cheerful one . Believe in yourself and you can do it .
