Feeling Exhausted After Doing Physical Activity, Low Blood Pressure. Reason For Fatigue?

Hi doctor, I am 47 years old lady who gets exhausted after doing physical activity. I feel I have low blood pressure . My height is 5 feet 2 inches and I weight 120 pounds. My blood pressure right now is 112I/70 and I am feeling tired since today morning. Please tell me the reason for the fatigue and I want to fully cure myself. Hoping to hear soon. Judy

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

If your blood pressure is 112/70 you need not really worry regarding that. Exhaustion after physical work could be because of various causes. It could be because of anemia. Infact there are several causes for that and you require a complete physical examination to arrive at a diagnosis. I suggest you to consult your doctor for further investigations and examination.
