Feeling Dizzy ,light Headed And Headaches

I sometimes have a thyroid that is off and the last two days i ve been really dizzy, light headed. I ve kept myself hydrated and ate well but I feel like I need to sleep and my heart is racing. My hands and chest don t feel like and just recently I feel like throwing up. I don t normally get headaches and my head feels weird. Thank you, Heather
