Dear
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concern
Look for emotional triggers to eating.
You may not be getting enough good nutrients in your food.
Many people are chronically tired and hungry because they have an hormonal imbalance.
Rule out parasites, Diabetes etc. Consult your GP.
Wish you good future

Psychiatrist Dr. Ashish Mittal's  Response
Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You are having multiple symptoms involving different system. This kind of presentation can be possible in following conditions:
-Stress and Anxiety
-Diabetes with neuropathy
-Thyroid imbalance
-Neurological issues
-Combination of above problem

To narrow down diagnosis it is must to have detailed history and examination. For that you can visit nearby general physician. Till that time monitor your blood glucose/Blood pressure, do relaxation exercise and take multi vitamins.

Wish you good health and all the best.

Regards,
Dr Ashish Kumar Mittal
