Feeling Cold, Have Swollen Hip And Painful Back. How To Get Relief?

4 days ago I hurt my back bending over. Went all day in extreme pain. I went to the hospital and they told me me I pulled a muscle. Now my lower backis still hurting, my left butt cheek and hip is swollen and dumb and I can t seem to releave the pain. I also have an occasional tingling and a cool hot feeling across my left side

The pulled muscle is not likely to cause all the symptoms that you are having. There may be a nerve root compression involved due to an injury to the intervertebral spaces. An MRI scan will help in proper diagnosis.
