I lose my breath a lot even when I am just laying in bed and have been getting more and stronger chest pains. The chest pains move from place to place but are dull throbbing pain. I have a family history for heart disease. my great grandma died of it but at a old age my grandpa has had many surgerys because of it and my dad died at a very young age because of it. so I was woundering if this is a sign that I may have it to the pains are getting harder to handle. Please help
Welcome to Health care Magic. Thank you for posting your question. I can understand your concern.
I can understand that you are pretty anxious regarding your health. There is a family history of cardiac ailment in your family. Yes you need to be careful. But do not be so anxious.
If you are having chest pain , go for an Electrocardiogram (ECG) and rule out a myocardial infarction (heart attack) or myocardial ischaemia(low blood flow to the heart).Worst case scenarios. You may be simply having them because of some gastritis.
I would suggest you to visit a cardiologist who can correlate clinically and guide you .
Do not panic. Go for regular checkups. Everything will be fine.
Post any other question. We will be happy to help. Have a nice day. Regards.
