Feeling bloating, swelling and pain in back. What is the underlying cause?

i have back pain and swelling and bloating too. finding difficulty in lying down and it gets better when i walk daily and drink water. But then when i stop my exercise or forget to drink enough starts all started since my neighbour moved in and who is a smoker and it does affect me....what could be the reason and what should i do...

Hi Ajay,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to increased acidity and gas production.
You should avoid active as well as passive smoking as it may increase your problem.

You should follow some precautions like :-
1. Avoid spicy/oily foods.
2. Donot miss a meal.
3. Avoid mental/emotional stress.
4. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water.

You can take antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg once a day along with Domperidone 10 mg for relief from your symptoms.

Also do yoga and meditation. This will help in dealing with any stress in a positive way.
Doing exercise in fresh air will also be helpful.
