Feeling Bloated. Have Thyroid Problem And Depression. Severe Weight Gain. Need Help

Yes my stomach is getting extremely hard and bloated around mid afternoon everyday I look 5 months pregnant. I eat pretty healthy and I exercise about 4 times a week. I was diagnosed back in December with thyroid and depression and was out on medication I then went to another doctor that said my thyroid was fine and took me off the meds I am also off the pristique as well I only take vitamins. So I am gaining weight everyday and now have this hard stomache any ideas???

Thanks for using healthcare magic.

Your weight gain might be due to hypothyroidism as ou are not taking the tablet.

Gastric bloating may be related to hypothyroidism or vitamin B12 deficiency, or depression or stomach pathology.

You should consult endocrinologist for detailed evaluation and treatment. Doctor may advise you to do fresh blood investigations for thyroid function, vitamin B12 level etc.Doctor may advise to restart medication.

For depression, you should consult psychiatrist. Doctor may advise you anti depressant drug like desvenlafaxine or escitalopram or duloxetine.
