Feel Tired, Falling Asleep. Blood Work Good. Have Hyperthyroidism, Overweight, High BP. How To Feel Fresh?

I am always so tired,if I sit I can fall asleep, in the afternoon 4:00 I have to fight to stay awake, just had physical all blood work came back good. I have hypothyroidism, I am overweight 5"3" 184 LBS have high blood pressure do take meds, this has been my complaint for a few years now I did a sleep study,do have a cpap but feel that I do not sleep well tubes in the way pressure on nose, was told I am borderline if I would lose 20 lbs.probably would not need it,too tired to exercise!! mY BEST TIME IS MORNING I SLEEP ABOUT 5 HRS.A NIGHT...

Hi,

The tiredness and fatigue is due to hypothyroidism, more over the obesity is also a major issue.

Here is what you need to do to come back to normal life.
1) Get thyroid hormone substitute to treat hypothyrodism.
2) Try to reduce weight.
3) control your diet
4) do physical exercise
5) reduce salt intake.
