Most of the time my sperm flows while sleeping . Not always but it flows sometimes at night if I see some adult dreams while sleeping. Even sir when sometimes I watch blue films my sperm comes out. Sir it disturbing me so much why my sperm comes out so easily. I am afraid will it affect my married sex life. Sir if there is any solution please give. Is any surgery required for this.

It is completely normal to have sperm leakout during night as in one phase of sleep, sexual excitement does occur. So it does not require any surgery or even medication as it is normal process.
