Feel dizzy, heart racing, elevated blood sugar, sores on feet. Causes ?

Feel dizzy and as if I can't get enough oxygen, heart is racing. Took my blood sugar and it is 176 is that causing this? Have a Dr appt on the 10 th. Went to urgent care for sores on my feet and they said it was most likely diabetes. Labs showed blood sugar was 226 and a1c was 6.5. just wondering if the high sugar can make me feel weird like this.

Thanks for posting!

Diabetes mellitus is one of the causes, because it makes your blood less viscosity.
I suggest you to make the coagulation test (INR) and you should take anticoagulation if the level of INR is high.

Take care of your self!

Wife which is a 45 year old white male started having numbness in feet about 6 weeks ago. Now she is also having it in her hands and mid back. She feels at time her left side is almost dead. The left side seems to give most of the problems but she does have it on both sides half the times. Now she is complaining of being foggy headed and heart sometimes feels like it is racing. All this started after she had her throid taken out. Blood work show she was low in B-12 and has taken 3 B-12 shots in the last 3 weeks. They seem to help at first but for only 12-24 hours, then all the systems are back. She is not a diabetic either since those labs came back fine.

my husband has been having tingling/numbness in his hands and feet .... and his arms....almost as if he has slept on them and you get that tingly feeling. he hasn t really felt right since June....very light headed....has had to pull over when driving... the right side of his face has now started getting prickly now. 2 weeks ago he went to the doctor and she thought the tingling/numbness and the light headedness/dizziness are not related. she ordered blood work but they called and said it all was normal. she ordered a neck xray (thinking maybe a pinched nerve)...we haven t gotten the results of that yet. the past 2 days he has felt worse.....nausiated and hot flashes... last night, he woke at 4am and said his heart was racing and he just didn t feel right - his left arm was tingly again.

Comorbidities are: hypertension, diabetes mellitus and prostate cancer. he s currently discharged from the hospital. he s been having very high blood pressures at night like 194/90 and during the day, especially when we sit him down, it falls so low like 90/70 for about a month now. he also started having seizures some weeks ago, about once a week and now, for the past two days, he s been vomitting. his urine is also highly concentrated and sometimes in a day, urine output is less than 100mls. his appetite has also declined and he s lethargic with lots of hiccups. can you please tell me what is happening?
