Feel Dizzy, Heart Racing, Elevated Blood Sugar, Sores On Feet. Causes ?
Feel dizzy and as if I can't get enough oxygen, heart is racing. Took my blood sugar and it is 176 is that causing this? Have a Dr appt on the 10 th. Went to urgent care for sores on my feet and they said it was most likely diabetes. Labs showed blood sugar was 226 and a1c was 6.5. just wondering if the high sugar can make me feel weird like this.

Diabetes mellitus is one of the causes, because it makes your blood less viscosity.
I suggest you to make the coagulation test (INR) and you should take anticoagulation if the level of INR is high.
