that is making you feel so down. Stress is a part of everyone's life, some can cope with it while some are more sensitive and may get restless, disturbed and depressed. Life is beautiful and stress is just a small portion. If you are tired, take rest for a few days. You should pamper yourself at times.
Watch movies, sing songs, eat whatever is healthy for your body and mind. Exercise regularly and keep yourself well hydrated.
Believe in yourself, do not give up hope. Peer pressure, environmental stress, performance, strained relationships, guilt, anxiety
are just things we need to overcome. Give yourself space, remember everyone is unique with different talent and skills. Try to discover the hidden talents within you. Learn to be happy. A change of lifestyle will do you good to your personality. Things will change.
However, if things are not well you can take the help of a counselor/physiotherapist or a psychiatrist
. Avoid taking alcohol or drugs, it will only worsen your situation. Do not take anti-depression
medicines without consultation of a doctor. These medications need to be monitored. Take care.
