Feel bloated, frequent urination, stomach cramped and achy. Any ideas ?

... i feel bloated like i need to fart or poo but have been toileting fine, no blood in the stool . I have also found that i have been urinating a lot as well, This has been going on for at least 2 days going onto more.My stomach area feels cramped and achy like, Any idea s how i can make this feeling stop and it to go away? Or what it could be caused from?

from the description of the symptoms, you might be suffering from a urine infection you need to get your urine checked for urine infection as well as for blood sugar as you are urinating alot.
for the feeling of passing stool you could be having hyperacidity which is causing gas accumulation and making you feel like that
if you have urine infection then you need antibiotics to clear it with adequate water intake,
if suffering from diabetes you need to be reviewed by a physician for appropriate treatment.
for hyperacidity you need antiacids and you should try avoiding gasy foods, acidic foods, spicy foods, oily foods.
