hi, l have noticed that my arms feel like they go to sleep when they are bent..like when l hold my bag to stop it falling off my shoulder or when l hold my ph to my ear.. even when lm lying in bed, l have to straighten them often to stop the discomfort .. this experience started about 6 months ago and has worsened since

Get xray of cervical spine.At times there may be additional rib causing symptoms or a syndrome called scalenus- anticus syndrome where the pulse becomes feeble on raising arms. narrowing of outlet at shoulder-neck juncton causes pressure on artery entering arms from the neck .Consult an orthopedic surgeon.
