Fatigue, tremors in hands after exertion, insomnia, night sweats, headache, ears ringing

my husband is experiencing a wide range of symptoms that have been coming and goin over the last 2 yrs. they are: extreme, abnormal fatigue , tremors in hands after exertion, insomnia , night sweats , headaches, ringing in ears, and most recently hives . He has a swollen lymph node in his neck that will go down some with antibiotics but then comes right back....although the size varies from week to week....

As you have mentioned, there are wide range of symptoms that your husband has. He needs thorough evaluation by an internist to determine the exact cause of his illness. Common diseases that need to be excluded are thyroid problems (especially hyperthyroidism), occult infections, etc.
