Fatigue, tiredness, nausea, vomiting, bruising on both legs, dizziness, migraines. Cure for symptoms?

Hello I am 21 I have extreme fatigue I feel tied all the time. I just started feeling nauseated and vomiting three days ago. I also have unusual bruising on both legs they are not big bruises but they are unusual. I also feel dizzy and lightheaded very often. I am not sure what it could be but I can be driving and feel like I am about to fall asleep and have to pull over to shut my eyes. I also get extreme migraines sometimes nothing works to get rid of the migraines.

There is nothing to worry about, All the symptoms are related to decreased cell counts.
Decreased Hb levels can cause all the symptoms.
You should have a Blood CP for Hb and Platelets for the cause of Bruise.
Low level of platelets can cause the bruise.
You should have a PT (prothrombin time) and INR for the cause of bruise and bleeding tendency.
Vitamin B 12 and Folate levels can cause the decreased counts of all the cells. Have meat in diet for vitamin B 12 and Folic acid

I hope I am succesful in solving your query If you have more you can ask me.
Take care
