Fatigue, tired, lower back pain, ache in legs, knees. What could this be?

Hello- I am a 26 year old female. I have been experiencing fatigue the instant that i open my eyes in bed in the morning. My body feels tired and I just dont want to get out of bed because physically I feel like I need more rest. I also have lower back pains which causes discomfort and a dull achyness in my legs and feet , my knees also have a dull achyness as well. Please explain to me what this could be.
