Fatigue, Red, Bumpy Spots Underarms. Flu?

I have been having flu like systems and definite lack of energy...no fever or vomiting. But lowback pain as well. Have a couple of red spots under my aren with bumps. A few days ago, I had a small cut on my hand and I retrieved some sticks in a ditch by the road and my hand went in the water. If it were sepsis, I am assuming it would act fast.....so hoping it is just the flu

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The recent viral infection is often associated with mild generalized pain, back ache, and the rashes that you are having. All these symptoms are self limiting and subside in 2 weeks. Apply lacto calamine lotion on the rashes for relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
