Fatigue, nausea, weakness, headaches, stomach bloating. Negative pregnancy tests. Pregnant?

Hi, I have been very fatigue , nauseous, weak, headaches (especially after exerting myself like push-ups or sit-ups) very bloated tummy. Its been 2 and half months since my last period. I took 2 home pregnancy tests both came up negative. Could I be pregnant even if they came up negative or could it be something else???

Your 2 preg card test is negative.
Method of doing the test is very important.
Have you interpretated after 20min?
Single control line appeared?
Think it.
Usualy these tests are well sensitive & if it was done properly then chance of pregnancy is less.
2&1/2months of secondary amenorrhoea(no period after menarche) may be due to various reason excluding pregnancy(it is most common cause).
Others may be anovulation,medications,obesity,malnutrition etc.
To know other reason you should mention your weight, height, medications you take, other diseases.
So it need your examination and need some investigations.
Don't worry.
consult a gynaecologist.
Best of luck.
